Yesterday I mentioned I was going to sleep early, I did get up early but I had 7 hours of sleep.
Then I went for a 2lap run

Pretty lousy time, but that combined with a decent sleep kind of got me moving better than coffee does.
Maybe I’ll try to sleep even earlier today.
Actually doing two workouts today, I will hit the gym later.
My weight is worse, this weigh in is under official conditions, I can’t understand why I did not lose any weight. Its OK though, its the trend, not the location.
