Jet Lag Still Here

I was hoping to post my upcoming plans here.

Stuff like training schedule, work schedule, diet, etc.  But I am just to plain tired.

I nearly fell asleep at work.

I think one more day and I will be OK.  So maybe tomorrow you will see my post on my upcoming plans.

Today was a rest day as I did walk a way for work and also did some pushups and situps at home.
