Seems to be that time of the year where I get the gym all to myself. I think part of it is because a lot of people are on vacation.
I like an empty gym because I can do whatever exercise I want at the pace I want.
But the drawback is pushing yourself. I do want to push, but I feel like if I get stuck under the bench bar, or the back falls down on the incline bench or I get hurt some other way, I will have no one to help me.
Also another person there can motivate you.
Was a good gym workout today. I enjoyed myself.
