Last Finance Friday but want to do an actual last post at the end of year.
Was on treadmill today, 2.0 incline at 3MPH gets me to 140BPM for 30 minutes.
I bring this up because one of the daily goals is to do a 30minute 140BPM (actually 130) workout.
