Left home at about 6:11PM and returned from the YMCA at 8:52 based on the cameras.
In that time I did 7000k steps 6 floors and swam for 30 minutes.
Pretty good, feeling good.
Next time I swim the bedroom would have a new coat of paint and a new quiet floor.
