Body Clock All Messed Up

Thank goodness it is Friday, I hope to get my body back into a regular sleep rhythm, it has been so off.

I want to sleep but I can’t and when I need to be up, I am not focused.

But I did have a really good workout.  I liked it.  I did a bit of interval training and had some pretty decent speeds.  I still can bench the entire stack of weights, I think my upper body strength is nearly back.
