Dunno if it is a relapse or just tired, maybe not getting enough sleep, but I feel off my game lately, like I need more rest than usual.
Been sleeping late, and getting up, maybe about 6 hours of sleep.
Come Sunday I want to sleep in.
Tomorrow got park run.
Hit gym today, treadmill for an hour close to finishing my steps. By the time I get to my car I will hit 10k steps.
