Bloated Lazy, need to get moving

Actually, just been so busy, I personally hate that excuse.

Also, I been having a hard time sleeping, need something to get me back into a normal sleep pattern.

I miss a regular schedule, but from what I am going through, I do not think I will get one till late September.  Things are just so hectic.

I am not one to use busy schedule as an excuse, but I have to admit, my calf feels better.

Today I am just sticking with pushups and situps.
