Yay, officially Spring. Feels early because we had an extra day on February.
Today after eating a late lunch I felt really weird.
BP shot to 190/80 (TBF I dont think it was on right)
I walked around a bit and felt better.
The walking sure does help.
As I post I only have 1500 steps. Headed to airport cause kind of late and dark already.
Will updated if I did not get my 10,000 steps.
