I been asked many times, “How do I keep myself motivated?”
Heck I dunno, I find little things, I am making a list to see what I focused on in the past to keep me going. Here’s one that recently happened…
My go worker Lori said I need to get rid of a shirt, my shirts end up as rags usually because its stained, worn, or old, but this was the first time I was told my shirt was too big. I thought about it, and yeah, a lot of my clothes were getting too loose. I told my wife to buy me a size 38 jeans, (most of my jeans are 42). When I got home I was nervous, 38 shorts fit before but 38 jeans.
I tried it on, wow, it fit perfectly (with room in case lunch was heavy).
So maybe it is time for a wardrobe upgrade.
Anyway, did my 1000 calorie workout at the gym today. Tomorrow is a “rest” day if there is such a thing, but I am happy that the weight is staying pretty much under 250 (my personal demon).
