Excuses But In Reality, its Right

Rehab, Rest, Recuperation

Whatever you call it, my mind has stopped its desire to work out.  I feel like I slipped into the offseason early this year.

But if I step back, and look at the situation, its a good thing.  My leg is still injured, I tried running today, and got on the treadmill for a good 20 minutes and a 5 minute cooldown, but I could feel the injury still in my leg.

So this laziness I feel, this missing desire to work out is a good thing.

“No push, no progress” my be a good motto, but that only works if you are not truly injured which is clearly the case with me right now.

We’ll see how I do at Seafair.
