Did nearly 12k steps in one shot, I must be out of shape.
Anyway I need some sort of preliminary workout schedule.
- SUN – YMCA/gym
- MON – 12k step Walk
- TUE – YMCA/gym
- WED – YMCA/gym
- THU – YMCA/gym
- FRI – Rest
- SAT – 12k step Walk
I think I can do it.
