Out of Shape

Did nearly 12k steps in one shot, I must be out of shape.

Anyway I need some sort of preliminary workout schedule.

  • SUN – YMCA/gym
  • MON – 12k step Walk
  • TUE – YMCA/gym
  • WED – YMCA/gym
  • THU – YMCA/gym
  • FRI – Rest
  • SAT – 12k step Walk

I think I can do it.
