Coolness, I was falling asleep at my desk today so I needed to get moving a bit, so I hit the gym a bit.
I initially put on 1 plate per side for a total of 135lbs.
It was too easy, so I was thinking of pushing it to 2 plates.
Knocked out 3 reps. I think I can push more and I think I will.
Did some pushups and situps though.
