The pain is getting to me and is getting close to injury status.
Although I did my fitbit goals today, I don’t think I can meet them tomorrow.
I think it is time I truly rest.
May taper down tomorrow, just do 8000 steps and 10 floors, but on Thursday, just doing pushups and situps, not even floors. I have a medical procedure.
And probably resting Friday as well.
