Went to office today, just walking around I got 3000 steps maybe even 4, but afterwards had to make up the other 9k.
Was kind of hard I admit, not sure why, may have less energy because I am not eating as heavy, but I am eating, should be enough.
Since I been tracking my food, definitely have a food deficit which is good for weight loss.
Lets keep it going, lot of will power involved.
