I was thinking today was going to be a true rest day. I slept for so long, and I think it was needed. Went to bed at midnight, got up at 7AM for an hour or two, then woke up again at 1PM.
So I actually took it easy for most of the day, but then I started on my walk and pushed through. Actually completed 12k today.
Did not do my NAS expansion, too tired.
Body is sore right now.
Going to bed early.
Weight is really high, I think it is going to drop quickly in a day or two.
49ers lost, felt good.
