Making Goals

Meeting more goals like going into the office, and little tasks like getting stuff done at work. I actually feel productive, although I am still tired, things are working out for me.

I watched my son swim meet today, I saw his first event and then there was an hour gap. I took advantage of this time and walked around Lindburgh High School’s track. There was light, it was an easy cushioned walk,. Racked up 4500 steps (6 laps) during that time.

I should be tired. Son will be too, he did a 200M and a 500M swim. I think it is meters, could be yards.
