Eating late at night and wasting money in the casino. Need to reign that in.
I did resume one habit (determination), that is not letting light rain stop me from my walk.
It was late at night, just got home and it is nearly 10PM, a Carhartt jacket sure did help, I am happy at how dry it kept me. Still just 6k steps, pretty sure it will hit 7k before I go to bed.
Of future note, a U route around RTC with a second time up the hill slope is about 4500 and 10 floors.
Saw my cardiologist today, good news, good a healthy heart.
Seahawks going to playoffs, woohoo.
Weight is high end due to late night snacking. Hopefully that is an anomaly and tomorrow I will be back to normal.
