I am pretty much done with my new ESXi 7 host. I may get another 64GB of RAM but it works with the 192GB I got now. Going to 256 just insures I have enough spare capacity for testing.
Also I may pick up another 10TB SAS for development.
So time to chill? No way, planning next host. In the end I will have two very capable ESXi hosts.
The next one will be set for primary infrastructure responsibilities, so high availability is a must.
Found out today that I can rip out the motherboard from my Supermicro Rackmount and reuse the case.
Another thing I found out was that I can download the EPG guide from Silicondust because I subscribe.
Managed to walk my 12k steps, dunno how but I did it in pretty much 1 shot.
