Almost got all my steps in, today was a good day… almost.
Son had a cross country meet and I easily got my floors climbing hills. But nearly got my steps too. Just 7500. If I was paying attention I would have gotten it.
Also another note, last night my daughter used a roller on my IT band, OMG it fixed something because I felt sooo much better the next day. Knee still bad, but hips were incredible.
New switch came in, I think I gonna bite the bullet and repurchase visio. I kind of need it.
