Did it, walked a 1/2 millions steps in 30 days. This was a small stretch goal because the main goal was to do it in August which has 31 days.
To complete the trifecta I would need 15k steps tomorrow and 10 floors.
I am going to push for 10 floors before lunch and 7500 before I go to my PT.
Here is how my shoes have changed.
You can clearly see the wear. These shoes will be lucky to last September.
Don’t get me wrong, 15,000 steps a day is a lot, but the physical part is not the challenge, working it into your schedule is.
Today I was busy at work, at 4:54 I had only 475 steps because I was busy. It was not until 8:52, four hours later when I cracked 15,000.
Yeah its more than just a physical challenge.
