Been really pushing myself on the walks, been impacting my recovery. Went crazy today, 4 miles in one shot, then when got home wife convinced me to push harder to crack 20000 again.
After my crazy walk I was 316 lbs
So the numbers are interesting, If I go 17500 steps tomorrow, all I need for the rest of the month is 15000 per day steps. That will guarantee my 1/2 million steps.
Schedule is impacted with all the walking though, have not done much of other things.
