After my short morning walk I cracked 320, down to 319.6 but really rocked it after my workout. I officially 316.4
I did Coulon Park, I did not PR but got close, I think if I did not have to rest due to my leg, nor wasted time posting photos, I would have PR’d.
One way was 35:37.0 and round trip was 1:11:44, so close. I PR’d here
But with that said, I got new shoes today, I think it will help with my time. It felt so comfortable.
Son and I also got out bib’s for tomorrow’s Bubble Run 5k.
I got 1 more run with my old shoes, but after that I will be running on my new shoes.
If I can crack 320 tomorrow, I will officially be under 320 and made it before the end of the month.
One thing to note, this was the first time I completed all of my fitbit goals before 10AM
