Someone recommended we do a 15000 step per day challenge in August. I don’t think I mentioned the 12,000 challenge in July.
At 15k, it will require some planning, can’t do it all in 1 shot. Actually I did do it, its just too much.
What is worse is the shortened days, sunset on August 31st will be 7:51PM
Maybe I can get an early morning walk in.
Today finally touched 320.4 after my workout. Still, the official weight is not bad.
