Making Progress

Weight finally coming off again at a decent pace.

Wife and I did 5 miles in a hair over 2 hours, 2:01:41

Went from 266 steps at 4:44PM finished at 7:10PM at 12557 steps.

Technically I did the steps under 2 hours, I did rest twice.

Weight after walking was 322.6 again.

Weight: 326.6
