6 miles on a weekday

Pushed it pretty hard today, was going only 2 miles 1 way, but ended up going 3 miles, hit a new distance walking Cedar River.

Feeling good, really happy with what we did. Did not look at my feet, but I think I may have a blister.

Did 6 miles total in 2:16:40, marking this as a milestone.

Weight looks bad, but I think because last night ate some pho which was salty and morning weight was what it is below.

After my walk though I was under 325

Weight: 328.8
