Last workout before the marathon. Today’s four plus for all intents was identical to yesterday.
Start slow, pick up steam. I was a little faster but with all the normal variables like stop lights, tying shoe laces, I would say it was the same.

Anyway, feeling good, like I mentioned, last training run before the half marathon. Just a maintenance run tomorrow, and a light run Friday.
