Actually not too bad. We had a picnic today and I did engage in some moderate activity (playing volleyball). I felt like I had the energy and stamina to keep up but the uneven ground and jumping did not fill me with confidence.
I felt my knees and feet were going to break.
When I got home I did keep to my schedule and do yoga. So it may have been a wash today.
