Was in the gym for two hours today. Just for cardio, I clocked in 1 hour 40 minutes.
What is interesting id that the past two days I been running in the rain. I had enough and decided to get my steps an distance on the treadmill. It worked, treadmill was nothing, I got a bunch of awards.
These were multiple records too, I was racking them up.
Got some new 10G gear today, I had a bad GBIC and wasted time troubleshooting, hoping it all comes together tomorrow.
Finally, cracked 335, but even better my weight after workout was 332.4
