My youngest child ran his last track meet for the year (more than likely) but he did really well. He set a tough goal of breaking 6 minutes in the mile and he did it and in the 800, a race I did not expect him to do well, he PR’d
That is so motivating.
In fact After the meet, at 8PM where it is dark, I did an RTC just to clobber my fitbit requirements.
I think I will crack 340 in two weeks.
