During days that I have a gym workout, I noticed that I noticed a drop in weight.
Don’t get me wrong, it is not an easy day when I have to hit the gym, my fitbit recorded 168 minutes of activity, non gym days tally usually 120. Burned 4550 calories today.
Before going to bed, I weighed in at exactly 345.0 so I should burn off some weight while I am asleep.
