So I took a break yesterday, did not work out as hard, but still ate to get some nutrients back in me. My weight went up though, see below.
Kind of nervous that it will keep climbing. I did get all greens on the fitbit.
Speaking of all greens let me explain because I am going to start a new category called fitbit which means I achieved all greens on the fit bit.
Today that means
- 10,000 steps
- 5 miles (8.05km)
- 3000 calories
- 30 minutes active workout
- 10 floors
There is a secondary goal of 250 steps per hour for 9 hours but not counting that.
So although I have been making the fitbit goals for couple days so far, today is the first time I am logging that category.
Also redid my alpha pi on makernet today, wasnt too bad, had most of the backups I needed.
