Got a lot done this week, I think part of it is due to improving health. Even with heavy workouts, I been doing well getting things done.
I feel like my muscles are aching so much and I should not be as productive, but I think being exhausted has let me sleep better save a few nights ago.
Been burning over 3400 calories a day, some days even 4000, so weight is coming down a lot.
Last time I was 345 was November 19, I think if I get to 335 life will get much better.
