First Run Always A PR

Ran outside for the first time since I don’t recall.

First time is always a PR, I thought it was a full two miles, I need to up my game.

Too Slow but a PR

I did walk, and it was a slow run, but I need to add more of these cardio in my week.

Like I said, this is a PR, I think I will add closer runs in the upcoming weeks but this was a needed thing, because I cracked 350 unofficially.
