Workout Not Intense

I think I mentioned before, there is a monitor for your BPM in the gym I work out at. This is to make sure you don’t overexert. But I felt like I could have pushed harder, my body did not feel too much stress. Maybe I should push harder.

Been sleeping better too, not as tired, maybe body finally adjusted.

Breathing is great, I think I am past whatever ailed me.

Shoes need to be replaced though, feet are hurting.
