Wow, it was a nice run today

Today was the last double digit mile run till the 1/2 marathon.  I decided to modify my Lake Washington run, here is the mapping

I was hoping to finish this 10.8 mile route in 2 hours, but it was a new route, also, there is this hill that I had to walk both up AND down because it is just too steep.

My time as 2:03:30, I did reach the halfway point at 59:52, and finish the bridge crossing back and reached the top part of the hill at 1:20:02

The distance was right, not too long, I was not exhausted after it, also the scene was different.  Running partner Raquel mentioned that she did not like rerunning a route, I have to agree, mentally it was easier to run AND it looks far and impressive.

I think if I was under 250’s I would be doing much better runs.

Weight: 252.0
