I had a good workout today, but I think I may have hurt my foot. This actually feels like gout. THAT WOULD BE BAD.
I did have a good run and a good gym workout. Now I must cleanse my body. If I get through this gout free, I am gonna watch my diet closely over the next few weeks.
Another thing is my run tomorrow. I may pass, to see if my foot will heal.
