There is this workout wall for me right now, I am not talking about resisting going to work out, dreading the treadmill, or the gym, I am talking about how long it is to get in to some sort of shape.
Let me explain
When I was playing football in High School, it was about a week and a half before I was used to working out, all the aches and pains were still there, but my body was more used to it.
It has been a month since I have started working out (Nov 8) and getting used to working out has been really hard.
Not to say there has not been progress. Today I was able to at least meet the goals set by my personal trainer. It was HARD though. A struggle to push through.
On the tech front, figured out how to get 433mhz devices through my SONOFF to my mqtt broker.
Still need to get HA to react to it though.
Looking at my weight, I am going to challenge myself and bring it down.
