Time Flies in the Gym

I went into the gym at 4:30PM and got out of there at 6PM.  That’s 90 minutes in the gym and I felt like I did not do anything.  I did burn over 350 calories, but I usually burn 1000.

Time does fly in there though, I feel like I was rushed and barely could get my anaerobic workout done.

The odd thing is a felt GREAT after that 90 minute workout, I wasn’t exhausted.  I think that may be the magic mark.  Still I need to up my endurance for this 1/2 marathon even though I already ran 14 miles nonstop this weekend.
