Little Podman Differences

Had a frustrating problem with podman. It did not create the maclan properly, found out it was due to a bug in the version of podman that comes with the Rocky 8.4 DVD. Updated it and it worked.

Little things like that are slowing me down.

Also this is how I used the iso image on the usb

repo --name="AppStream" --baseurl=file:///run/install/sources/mount-0001-hdd-iso/AppStream

This drove me nuts for days.
