Not bad workout

Ran for 40 minutes at pretty much 5.2MPH, I think I could have gone more but it was a chest workout day.  Burned 750 calories.

If I can get my time up to 6MPH continuous for an hour, I think I stand a good chance at beating last years time.

But for now, running time is the goal, not speed, as I try to recover what I lost.
