New Running Route

Today I ran the Seward 2.5 mile loop, actually walked it once and ran it the second time, I thought I hit the start button on my watch when I started but I guess I missed it so when I hit the first 1/2 mile marker, I realized it and pressed start.

I did finish in 20:35.15

It was OK, but my take away is I lost a bit on speed but a lot on endurance, I don’t think I could have done 4 miles today.

It is going to be an interesting week or two to see if I can get back in the groove.

Weight is not too disappointing.
