Today is Good Friday, I did go to work, but I am fasting. I am posting this about 20 minutes after 11PM but I still want to keep up my commitment to not late night snack. So I will not eat till tomorrow after 5AM, almost 6 hours from now.
I am not supposed to workout but I need to do something, so I will do some light pushups and situps. The doctor said I am not to run till she can get me evaluated on a treadmill, unfortunately, the next free time is May 6th, way too much time to go by without any training. I will talk to her next week since other tests came in showing that I am OK.
Not bad, this is my weight in the morning, I expect to be lighter tomorrow since I would not have eaten. Still, I think I should be even lighter if the doctor didn’t sideline me for this chest problems.
