So here is an interesting observation, I have this motherboard which only will take 4GB of RAM, it simply fails when doing 8GB.
After weeks of troubleshooting, after changing out a bunch of things, I finally figured out it is bad capacitors.

Pretty dramatic evidence at what happened.
Is it worth fixing? Probably not, but if I am doing it from an intellectual pursuit, then maybe. I am going to do some research, if this is gonna cost more than $20 in parts and shipping, I will pass. Note that it does work with 4GB of RAM.
As for my workout, met with the personal trainer today, she gave me something that may support my belly. I’ll try it out tomorrow. If I feel significant pain after 2 miles I will cut it short to a 7 mile run, if it helps, I will do 10.
