I did get swim in this morning, but it is because the Y closed early.

Thrown a little off schedule today, went to the YMCA and there were no lifeguards, so they did not have the lap pool open. Going to try and reschedule for tomorrow.
Also misjudging sunset, need to realize sunset is around 7PM for the month of September.
The weight below is my morning weight, the past couple weeks I been taking the lowest weight of the day. I am pretty sure if I swam it would be lower.
Didn’t get my floors and steps done, but it is only 8:35 as I post so still some time. I will edit post if I do not make it.

Looking back at July 30th, I did lose 10lbs in a month. So it is possible.
There is an outside chance I can crack 300 before the end of the year.
On June 21, started swimming, and made it a goal of 3 days a week.
Couple milestones I want to note as well, on July 25th I cut out added sugar and limited my intake of carbs, that seem to help the most.
Although I cracked 330 4 days ago, I want to note it here, last day of the month. Let’s see if I can crack 320 by end of September.

OK, been a long week since my work got hacked, but I did it, I recorded 3 straight days of being under 330.
So I am officially under 330.
I do not think I cracked 300 during Covid era, I have a chance to crack it before the endo of the year.

Went to the Y to swim today and felt fast. I got to admit, swimming does give me an endorphin rush.
Still sore but not that bad, I gonna hold off on the park run till next week.
Need sleep though, work has been rough.

With work having problems, time is short. All the little things like cleaning my office, exercise, and getting food takes a lot of effort.
Our team has been stretched thin.
I barely got to get my swim in today.
But it was worth it.
So used to having my son home, weird to see his empty room.

Remember this when my oldest son moved out, today my youngest son moved into the dorms.
Kind of sad and happy at the same time. It is good to see him launching.
Work was busy again, time just flies.

Felt like a work day, it is actually a work day.
Got home late last night, around 2AM, was in bed around 3AM woke up at 10AM. Was late for some meetings.
Did work and get stuff done, but felt like I had a bit of free time and I got a swim in late in the day and finished my 10,000 steps late today around 10:30PM.
Better than last night, I crossed the 10k mark at 11:55PM.

Can’t say too much because of opsec (Operational Security) but we were hit with a cyber attack.
It is fascinating what goes on inside of an organization fighting an attack.
Unfortunately I can’t say much, also I need to go in to work on some things.
As of right now I dont have my floors or steps. Hoping they will be done tonight.
