Dang Good Workout

Had a great workout today, I think I needed it.

10 min elliptical got me going then went through my core/back strengthening exercises, with a 15 min (not run but 2.5MPH at 2 incline) treadmill.

To finish it off I climbed our building stairwell which fitbit recognizes as about 9 floors.

As I post my steps are already at 9,500 I should hit my 10k before a get to my car.
