Decided to try and stay awake instead of taking a nap after work.
It was hard, but I think I did it.
Maybe a tiny nap by my desk, but not real sleep on a bed.
Afterwards I made my goal of 10k steps and 10 floors.
Tired, and hips hurt so bad, but my weight after was 290.2, so close, but the morning weight is official one.
