Talk about dedication. Today my oldest son showed me why he is getting grades better than I was. He was feeling sick when he got home yesterday, so instead of staying up he went to bed really early. This allowed him to feel well enough and to avoid a cold.
I did give him the option of staying home but he wanted to go to school anyway. I am proud of him and his actions did inspire me to workout in the gym today.
I did hit the gym, felt pretty good. I am going to weigh in after I publish this blog post. Then I will edit it. With my weight.
I want to say I expect to be 265 which is a pretty bad jump. I need to overcome a lot of weight to make it to marathon running shape. Hope its not too bad.
OK, weighed in. Sigh pretty bad, need to formulate an aggressive strategy to make up time.
