Recall my post yesterday that I was extremely tired. Last night I slept for a long time. I don’t recall what time I actually went to bed, but I think it was about 11:30, I got up at about 10:30 so I had about 11 hours of deep recovery sleep.
Which is good but I do not think it was enough.
I ran a four plus today, I had a goal to beat 1 hour, and I did it.

The big challenge today was finding inspiration, I don’t know how I was going to overcome the weak exhausted feeling. Right now, I am surprised I beat an hour.
Another thing is I need to do is burn fat, in order to do that I need to convert it to glucose. I should have taken a fat burner like lipo 6 before my run.
This is an official weight, a little disappointed at how little I have lost in a week. Still have a full 22 weeks to work with and the month of January is not yet finished.
