I have done this before but forgot how I did it.
It is a Raspberry Pi with LCD and IR.
The IR was automatic with OpenElec, but the LCD screen was a bit more of a challenge.
The driver required compiling on another machine. Also you had to download the add on and configure it on the openelec box
Connections were a bit tricky
But in the end it worked.
Just doing pushups and situps. Hailed today as well, so did not run.
